The keynote speech will be given by renowned Austrian historian, Prof. Oliver Schmitt, on February 19th from 17:30 – 18:00 (CET).

On February 23rd, between 10:10 and 10:30, the Platform of European Memory and Conscience (PEMC) will also present a travelling exhibition called “Totalitarianism in Europe” that pays tribute to loss of human life and ethnic and cultural diversity under totalitarian regimes in the 20th century.
