30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall
The Berlin wall, exacter in 1961-1989, symbolized the world, separated by the cold war to two spheres: the communist bloc led by the Soviet Union vs. democratic, liberal states. The Berlin wall did not only symbolize the conflict between two worldviews, but also impeded efficiently the free movement of people and separated the German nations. The fall of the wall showed the collapse of communist block and the victory of the ideas of freedom, democracy and human rights in the cold war. In 2019 the world will selebrate 30 years passing from the day when this wall failed to separate Europe and commemorate all victims of this monster, prodused by the totalitarian system.
